Partnership systems  ·  for video studios & creative agencies

One good partner is worth a thousand cold emails.

I build the system that maps every business already talking to your ideal client — then hands you the one thing you have in common that makes a partnership a no-brainer.

01 Proof

01 / $20K

Gross revenue in 48 days for an ecommerce brand, from an AI marketing system I built on n8n + GPT — content, lead capture and follow-up running on autopilot.

02 / 141K

Subscriber YouTube creator (ana_neu) — I handled illustration, video editing and motion design for her channel.

03 / 100K

Follower Instagram creator (Lea_Jplf) — content editing, recutting long videos into short formats, plus animation for social.

04 / 70M€

Publisher — marketing content for a Rowohlt-published fantasy author, creating art for her work.

Also on the record

  • A full music project written, performed and produced alongside an art director who has worked with Orelsan (2.8M albums sold).
  • Content created for a director selected at the Nikon Film Festival — 3,000+ films in competition, 1.7M online viewers.
  • Cover art for an indie sci-fi author's series, rated 4.4★ across 730+ Amazon reviews.

Straight with you: the $20K was an ecommerce brand, not a video studio, and the creator credits above are production work — editing, motion, illustration. Two careers on one page. The point is that I've spent years inside the creative industry, and the last stretch building the systems that sell it.

02 What I build

Four systems. One outcome — a calendar that fills without you touching it.

The flagship

The partnership engine

Picture a map of every business that talks to your ideal customer but doesn't sell what you sell. Most people never see that map. My system builds it — then finds the one thing you have in common that makes a partnership obvious to them, not just to you. Instead of chasing one client at a time, every partner you land is a doorway to their whole audience.

02 /

Outreach that doesn't read like outreach

Every jersey coming off the line is identical — same fabric, same cut. But the name on the back is yours. The engine is templated so it runs at scale; the first line is 100% about their business and nobody else's. Their reaction flips from "another cold email, delete" to "wait — this person actually looked at us."

03 /

A month of content in one sitting

You already know you should be posting. The problem is you're busy doing the actual work for clients, and content is the thing that always slips to next week. Sit down once, drop in a link or one sentence, and get a month of content in your voice — ready to schedule.

04 /

Nothing falls through

Growth stops depending on someone remembering to follow up. Every inquiry, form and missed call gets caught the second it lands, routed to the right person, and followed up automatically until they respond. The big money in this business lives in the follow-up.

03 How it works

Step 01

Map

I build the map: every business within reach of your ideal client that isn't your competitor. Real data, pulled and enriched — not a list anyone can buy.

Step 02

Match

For each one, the system finds the specific overlap worth mentioning — the reason a partnership makes sense from their side of the table.

Step 03

Book

The opener goes out, follow-up runs itself, and qualified conversations land on your calendar. You show up to the call. That's your part.

04 Who you'd be talking to

Zayane Abdou Mhoussine, seated in his studio in warm lamplight, framed drawings on the wall behind him.

I'm Zayane. I spent years in the creative industry — editing, motion design and illustration for creators, authors and publishers — before I started building the systems behind the outreach.

That's the part that matters for you: I'm not an automation guy guessing what a studio's week looks like. I've been on the delivery side of it, with a client waiting and a timeline open.

My own business runs on this stack every day — n8n, Claude, Notion, Gmail, Sheets. Which means I build for what actually breaks in production: the auth failures, the edge cases, the silent errors. And I document it so you can run it without me.

The real risk in hiring a builder isn't bad code. It's ending up with a black box only they understand — and six months later they're gone and it snaps. What I hand over is something you actually own.

Pick a time.

Tell me what you're trying to grow and I'll tell you whether a system fits — and if it doesn't, I'll say so on the call rather than sell you one.
